Threshold of Heat explores the point at which structure begins to strain under intensity. The painting builds itself through friction—between warmth and darkness, pressure and release, geometry and gesture.

I was interested in creating an abstract surface that feels both architectural and unstable, as though something is forming and burning at the same time. The result is a work about tension, force, and the moment a composition begins to feel alive under stress.
