How to order (short)
- Choose a package from the Commission Menu below (Pocket Praise, Cornerstone, Statement, Bespoke).
- Contact: DM on Instagram @InkedOnCardboard, email robertgrantham40@gmail.com, or call/text (512) 200-3563.
- Pay the indicated deposit (if required) → approve mockup → I work → pickup or shipping arranged.
Turnaround & delivery
- Small (Pocket Praise): 3–7 days (full payment up front).
- Medium (Cornerstone): 7–14 days (50% deposit required).
- Large (Statement): 2–4 weeks (50% deposit required).
- Bespoke & Series: 3–8+ weeks depending on scope.

Need bulk for an event or shop? Ask about bulk pricing and vendor consignment — typical discounts 10–20% depending on quantity.
Policies
Payment & refunds
- Payment methods: Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App. Invoices by arrangement for commercial work.
- Deposits: 50% deposit required for Medium+ projects; Small pieces paid in full up front. Deposits reserve time and materials and are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: If you cancel prior to work start, deposit is retained. If I cancel (rare), full deposit refunded.
Revisions
- Medium+ projects include up to 2 mockup revisions. Extra revisions are billed at $25 each.
- I send a single photo proof after completion; minor touch-ups are included. Major rework is treated as a revision and charged accordingly.
Copyright & reproduction
- Buyers own the physical original. Digital images for personal or promotional use are included.
- Commercial reproduction / exclusive licensing is negotiated separately (quote based on scope and print run).
Shipping & pickup
- Local pickup in Austin preferred — I can deliver to pickup partners by arrangement (e.g., Medici Coffee).
- Shipping is charged at cost + $10 handling. International shipping quoted separately.
Materials & care
- Most works are on reclaimed cardboard or gessoed panels and sealed with matte varnish. They are not museum-grade unless specially treated.
- Framing is recommended for long-term preservation; framing service available as an add-on.
FAQ
- Can you letter long quotes or prose?
- Yes — longer text usually requires larger size or multi-panel work. Ask for a Bespoke quote with the full text and preferred size.
- Do you accept returns?
- No returns on commissioned originals. If the final piece materially differs from the approved mockup, I will offer a remedy (repair, partial refund, or replacement where feasible).
- Do you accept trades or barter?
- Occasionally, for local businesses or community projects. Standard pricing applies; barter considered in addition to partial payment for supplies or studio needs.
- Can I request color matching or special materials?
- Yes — specialty inks, gold Posca, and other materials may add to cost. These are included in the quote.
- How many revisions are included?
- Two mockup revisions included for Medium+ projects. Additional revisions: $25 each.
